Packaged was received in good condition. On the first day of unpacking the control knob snapped off. I reported this to customer service, and they immediately sent me a new part within 5 days with detailed instruction on how to replace the knob. Customer Service is excellent, little to no wait time for a response. We were even contacted by the CEO to ensure we were satisfied, and scooter was in good working condition.

Received our scooter and it fits our needs just fine.

We found that it was to heavy for us to handle, I am disabled and not much help. I loved the scooter's look and workmanship. The return was very easy ! Keith

It’s a great scooter, especially for the money. Well built. I rode it to a downtown event that was 3 miles away. It did a great job. I’m tall and big but it still did great.

Had the scooter for a week and absoulutely happy with it. It comes almost assembled, all you need to do is to install the seat and armrests - the whole setup takes around 10 mintes. Quite comfortable to ride, feels sturdy, but the seat isn't big - check the dimensions chart before you buy. Nice additional features are headlight, basket, a small hook for your bags. The scooter comes charged, so you can start riding right away. Generally, a good value for its price - I recommend it.

I usually don’t write reviews but had to take the time to write this one. As my ability to move around has increased this guy is going to really help! I took it on vacation, it folded up easily and loaded just as easily and it gave me the ability to use the walking paths around town that could have not used without it.
It goes and goes on a single charge. The speed settings are helpful for different areas.
Yes this is a must for people who need a little help with mobility. I’m very happy with it!

I like the mobility provided by the scooter .I find the rotating seat convenient, and navigating it is quite simple. Overall, I'm pleased with my decision and would suggest it to others.

I really adore this scooter. My mother faces challenges walking long distances, but she still wants staying independent. The scooter boasts a comfortable ride and impressive battery life, she managed several trips to the grocery store on a single charge.The scooter arrived fullly assembled, just needed to attach the seat. The added features like the backup warning and headlight are truly appreciates. She couldn't be more satisfied.

I have been burned over 75% of my body and I have a hard time walking long distances. I purchased this so that I can walk my dog and any long distance activities like the mall things like that. The scooter has three speeds and good throttle control so you can move at whatever speed your company is walking and fly when it's just you. It folds up easy and has a GREAT light on it and is very comfortable. I would mention a disclaimer: it is a pretty heavy unit. I also have a handicap in my hands which makes it difficult but besides that it's quite the heave to get it up into the truck. However what you get out of it makes it more than worth it. My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner!

I liked the style , construction & ease of use. The 25 miles to the charge and the 3 speeds gave me everything I was looking for. The company’s support has been terrific….couldnt ask for more! But, I can suggest more to make their product the best scooter on the market!
1. An option to turn off the speaker. 2. Relocating the brake so the disabled person could operate it. 3. An option to remove the battery easily to make it lighter to lift. Lastly, make it in several bright colors for visibility reason. Make the seat swivel. Overall, even without those updates, iam a very please “Queenager”!
