The scooter's lithium battery allows you to travel distances of up to 25 miles. However, like any lithium battery, air temperature can impact its performance. The capacity might reduce by 30% or more during winter days, especially when temperatures are below 32°F.
How do I charge the scooter?
The Glashow S3 is charged on-board, without the need to remove the battery. If you ride the scooter for 1-2 miles daily, charging it once per week will be sufficient. A full charge from 0% to 100% takes 8-10 hours.
How to take care of the lithium battery?
If you plan not to use the scooter for a certain period, please fully charge the battery before storage. Charge it monthly to ensure the battery maintains sufficient charge.

The S3 Scooter is a great little machine. I weigh 230 lb. and it hauls me anyplace I have wanted to go. BUT! Had I known that the only way you can charge the battery is on a 220 circuit, I would not have purchased that machine. Also, the charge unit has only a 110 plug on it. I made up a 220 outlet so I can charge the battery, but if I were to go on vacation somewhere. you would out of luck.
The product itself is outstanding and easy to use. So far, so good. The only concern I have is that it arrived on my door step with scuff marks! It does not affect operations, but I’m disappointed in this. It’s fine for a trial run, but shouldn’t be expected to keep this without some type of discount for the obvious wear and tear.
